Participants at The American Council of Engineering Companies/Maryland (ACEC/MD) Annual Golf Tournament enjoy a phenomenal day of golf with a scenic journey through a world of tall, hardwood trees that guard the lush Bent Grass fairways and large, undulating greens of the course’s enjoyable yet challenging 18 holes. Afterward, attendees celebrate together at the reception and awards dinner.
Washington Golf Monthly called it “the best public course in the Baltimore suburbs.” Golf Digest has rated The Woodlands a “Four Star Places to Play Award Winner.”
Proceeds from the event benefit the ACEC/MD’s Scholarship Program. The Scholarship Program assists worthy students pursuing engineering or land surveying careers. ACEC/MD awards three scholarships. These three scholarships, sponsored by ACEC/MD for $3,000 each, will go to selected students majoring in civil, mechanical, fire protection, or electrical engineering attending an accredited college or university.

Silent Auction details:
ACEC/MD’s 56th Annual “Day At The Club” golf outing will be hosted at the Woodlands Golf Course on April 29th, and we are pleased to offer once again a silent auction benefitting CEPAC (ACEC/MD’s State Political Action Committee).
This year’s silent auction will again be a “virtual” silent auction. This virtual silent auction will be managed through 32auctions.com’s website. A silent auction has already been set up on the website and is ready to accept donor items. The deadline to provide the description below for your item is Friday, April 19th.
An email with a link to the silent auction will be sent to all ACEC/MD member firms and all registered golfers. Bidding will open on Friday, April 26th, and close during the April 29th event at approximately 7:00 pm. An email or text with a link to the auction will be sent again to all registered golfers on the day of the golf event. After the golf outing, winners will be announced at the BBQ Dinner and Drinks Reception.
Please note that each firm will coordinate directly with the winning bidder of their item on payment and delivery/pick up.
