Join us for a day of development as we learn about the characteristics of a high-performing project manager in the eyes of public and private utility companies or agencies.  The focus of this day-long summit is to better understand client expectations on communication, reporting, and conflict resolution styles.

A panel discussion with representatives from local utility companies that may include PEPCO, Verizon, WGL, BGE, City of Baltimore DPW, and other Agencies will begin the day discussing these characteristics. Following the panel session, all attendees will collaborate through interactive team scenarios and training sessions to learn commonalities and different perspectives with feedback from the agencies and industry partners.

Registration is limited and open on a first-come, first-serve basis. Firms are encouraged to send up-and-coming project managers and designers to gain access to this valuable content.

    • Break into groups of 5-8 to review and discuss two of five scenarios
  • 12pm-1pm – Lunch provided by MCC in Cafeteria
  • 1pm-2pm – Workgroup Breakout Session 2
    • Break into different groups of 5-8 to review and discuss two different scenarios from the morning session
  • 2pm-3pm – Report Out
    • Report out morning and afternoon feedback by scenario number to allow for group discussion
  • 3pm-3:20pm – Break
  • 3:20pm-4:10pm – Presentation
    • Time management and the consultant’s perspective of a high performing Project Manager
  • 4:10pm-4:30pm – Wrap Up
