About

The Legislative Committee monitors state, county and city legislative bodies with respect to bills, laws, ordinances, rules and regulations that impact ACEC/MD member firms. The committee advises the ACEC/MD Executive Committee of impending legislation and develops recommendations for ACEC/MD’s positions in collaboration with ACEC/MD's professional advocacy and government relations partners/lobbyist. The committee provides testimony at legislative committee hearings and develops and issue policy statements.

The ACEC/MD Legislative Committee is open to all employees of our member firms.
