To All Member Firm Representatives (RESPONSE REQUIRED by JULY 1, 2022):
As we approach the new ACEC/MD fiscal year, I would like to introduce myself as the incoming ACEC/MD President. I look forward to an exciting year and interacting with each of you to move forward with our collective engineering business interests.
It is also the time of year when we update data for our members and reaffirm their commitment as valued members. This update allows us to project dues for the year and set a budget for the upcoming FY23 (July 1, 2022-June 30, 2023) that serves the interest of our membership. While we understand that these are extremely challenging times, please project your FTE employee count for the period commencing July 1, 2022. Your FY23 membership dues will be based on what you report. In turn, this helps assure that your billing statements are accurate and that your firm’s information is up to date. Again, this is all employees, not just engineers. Contact the ACEC/MD office if you have any questions (acecmd@acecmd.org, 410-539-1592)
As a reminder, you will be members of ACEC National and ACEC/MD, and your invoice will reflect dues for each. Those that receive bills directly from ACEC National (also known as DIRECT PAY members) will be responsible for paying ACEC directly. Those that historically have their ACEC National Dues paid through ACEC/MD will continue to be billed by ACEC/MD.
Thank you for your time and commitment, and I look forward to serving your firm in the coming year!
From – Melinda Peters, ACEC/MD Incoming President & Membership Chair
